01Acceptance
By signing in to or using SWELDO+, you agree to these Terms of Use and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the system.
02Who may use SWELDO+
Accounts are issued by the DepEd Schools Division Office of Davao Oriental to authorized personnel and partner lending institutions. Use SWELDO+ only for the official payroll and loan work assigned to you.
03Your account
- Keep your username and password confidential, and do not share your account.
- You are responsible for activity under your account.
- Report suspected unauthorized use immediately.
04Acceptable use
You must not:
- access records you are not authorized to see;
- enter false or misleading information;
- copy, export or disclose personal data except for official purposes;
- try to break, overload or get around the system’s security, or upload harmful files.
Users must comply with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173) and the Cybercrime Prevention Act of 2012 (RA 10175).
05Gmail and Outlook integrations
Connecting Gmail or Outlook is optional. By connecting, you authorize SWELDO+ to access your mailbox as described in the Privacy Policy (Gmail, Outlook). Email you send from SWELDO+ is sent from your own account, and you are responsible for it. Google’s and Microsoft’s terms of service also apply. You can disconnect at any time.
06Records and monitoring
Actions in SWELDO+ are logged in an audit trail and may be reviewed for security, auditing and compliance.
07Availability
SWELDO+ is provided for official use and may be unavailable during maintenance or for reasons outside our control. Features may change or be discontinued.
08Suspension
Accounts may be suspended or removed for violating these Terms, when no longer needed for official duties, or at the request of the account holder’s office.
09Disclaimer
SWELDO+ is provided “as is.” The DepEd Schools Division Office of Davao Oriental works to keep information accurate but, to the extent allowed by law, is not liable for losses caused by misuse of the system, incorrect data entered by users, or service interruptions.
10Changes
These Terms may be updated. Continuing to use SWELDO+ after an update means you accept the new Terms.
11Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
